This website was built for a master gardener. As a syndicated journalist, the owner has many articles that she wanted to put onto the web.
We did a total redesign of the site and upgraded it to Drupal 6. An important consideration for the choice of framework was Drupal's support for writing and sending monthly newsletters and maintaining a user subscription list.
Other features:
- Site membership and user maintenance (useful for the newsletter)
- Ease of adding and editing articles
- Images can be added and arranged simply
- Contact forms so viewers can contact the owner while protecting the owner's email address from spambots
